1. Initial table view will be active sponsor programs only
2. Table view changes are accessed under gear drop down
3. This data is used in a dropdown in apprentice applicant panel
4. The abbreviation will appear in the drop down List
5. Additional Sponsors can be added
6. All sponsors can be edited and deactivated
7. Sponsors cannot be deleted once used in an apprentice record.
